Showroom Lead Client Advisor (NYC)

Proper Cloth is a respected and premium menswear brand in New York City that values its employees and offers growth opportunities. We are seeking a Showroom Lead Client Advisor to assist clients in our Soho showroom.

Responsibilities

• Take measurements and assist clients in creating their custom clothing sizes
• Help clients understand fabrics and design options
• Provide clients with style advice
• Help clients make adjustments to their custom garments for a perfect fit
• Aid clients in placing their orders
• Ensure the showroom is orderly and products are well-presented
• Handle escalated customer issues and resolve conflicts between team members when the Showroom Manager is not present
• Manage the appointment schedule to ensure appropriate time slots are open, advisors are productive, and all customers are greeted and handled promptly
• Provide advice to Client Advisors for size adjustments and product suggestions as needed
• Ensure the showroom is clean and orderly at all times
• Close the showroom according to the closing checklist at the end of the day when the Showroom Manager is not present

Pay

$65,000 - $70,000 salary range
