Showroom Coordinator - SLC

About the role

As a Showroom Coordinator at Andersen, you will provide elevated homeowner experiences in our showroom and through outbound calling efforts. This role also manages daily operations and administrative tasks for our Event, Retail, and Proximity Marketing programs while delivering signature service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in the showroom and via outbound calls.
• Manage daily operations and administrative tasks for Event, Retail, and Proximity Marketing programs.
• Apply Renewal by Andersen’s methodology to ensure consistent service standards.
• Quickly learn and clearly communicate product details to customers.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment while self-managing time effectively.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Administrative experience with a focus on operational organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated mastery of Renewal by Andersen’s methodology.
• Customer-facing service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and adaptability to new technology.

Pay

$19.90 - $28.80 per hour.
