Shopkeeper (Emp - FT Reg)

Full-time position in Rehoboth Beach, DE.

Responsibilities

• Ensures superb service to customers through prompt, friendly, and accurate processing of merchandise sales
• Verifies that buyers of alcohol to-go are of legal age
• Maintains comprehensive knowledge of merchandise, beer, and spirits to educate and provide the Dogfish experience to customers
• Properly manages the charging and payment process to ensure accurate billing
• Answers phones and maintains the store in a neat, well-stocked, and ready-for-sale condition
• Opens and closes the store, performing all related duties
• Assists Lead Shopkeeper with promotions, merchandising, store displays, and other initiatives

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a retail environment
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Pay

$16.50 per hour. Starting rate within this range depends on related experience, skillset, and location.
