Pay

Starting pay: $19.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle tractors and agricultural equipment while preserving part quality.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet company standards.
• Assist customers in locating parts and equipment throughout the yard.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow environmental and safety procedures for handling salvage equipment.
• Perform routine checks on yard equipment and assist with general shop and yard operations.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge, preferably with agricultural equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and eager to learn.

Forklift or heavy equipment experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
