We are seeking a Shop Foreman / European Lead Technician to join our high-performing European auto repair shop. With nearly 50 years in business and a 4.8⭐ Google rating, we offer a unique opportunity for a skilled technician to grow their career.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technicians, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to company standards
• Oversee daily workflow, prioritizing tasks to maintain consistent vehicle flow
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues on European vehicles
• Communicate effectively with customers, service advisors, and other team members
• Ensure all technicians have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently

Requirements

• 5+ years experience working on European vehicles (Audi, BMW, Mercedes, VW, Porsche, Volvo, Mini, Jaguar, Land Rover, etc.)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Leadership mindset, not just a parts changer
• Must have own tools and a valid U.S. driver’s license
• Dealership experience is a plus
