Automotive Shop Foreman/Lead Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Technician/Shop Foreman to join our growing Recon operation at EchoPark Centennial. This is an opportunity to lead, mentor, and make a real impact on a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Organize and set up the team for success
• Assign work and keep the shop running efficiently
• Help develop and mentor technicians
• Maintain a positive, high-energy culture
• Diagnose and repair vehicles alongside your team when needed
• Lead by example and be willing to jump in and turn wrenches
• Be a leader that others want to work for and learn from

Requirements

• 10+ years of automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic background
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred
• ReconPro and CDK experience preferred, but not required
• A positive attitude and ability to motivate a team
• Someone who leads by example and isn't afraid to jump in and turn wrenches

Qualifications

• Salary of $60K to $70K+ based on experience
• Technicians are paid salary with bonus potential - not flat rate, pay is guaranteed
