About the role
Shop Foreman position at our Freightliner of Philadelphia dealership in Levittown, PA. The role is directly responsible for supervising, motivating, and assisting technical staff in a fast-paced environment focused on delivering the best service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate technical staff
- Bill out work performed on Repair Orders
- Dispatch work to technicians
- Monitor shop productivity
- Follow up on work progress
- Coordinate parts orders with the parts department
- Maintain clean and organized shop facilities
Requirements
- Experience in an Automobile or Truck Service Center in a supervisory role
- Experience as a mechanic
- Excellent communication and supervisory skills
- Familiarity with computers
- Experience with CDK (ADP) business systems is a plus
- Must pass background and criminal records check, physical exam, and drug screen
