Responsibilities
- Ensure all vehicle repairs are completed with the highest quality and safety standards, meeting customer expectations and deadlines.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs as needed, along with supervising and assisting other technicians.
- Fill in for Service Advisor as needed.
- Maintain good customer relations by actively listening to concerns, clearly communicating repair processes, and providing timely updates.
- Share knowledge and expertise with fellow technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and understanding.
- Diagnose vehicle problems accurately and efficiently, utilizing problem-solving skills and innovative thinking to determine the most effective repair methods.
- Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
- Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional trade school training preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Mechanical and refinishing knowledge required.
- Valid driver's license required; CDL required, or ability to obtain.
- Dependable and reliable attendance required.
- A curious mindset with an entrepreneurial "pioneering spirit," strong integrity, and a passion for continuous professional development.
Physical Demands
- Frequently required to bend, squat, kneel, and crawl/lay on back; reach away from body or shoulder height; climb or balance.
- Lift up to 75 pounds; push or pull.
- Work in areas with fumes or airborne particles; vibration.
- Use a variety of air tools and basic hand tools.
- Use safety glasses, gloves, and shoes.
- Talk or hear.
