Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Pay

$16.50 / hourly

Responsibilities

• Report to Huddle work area at the scheduled time and day
• Actively engage during daily huddles; listen, learn, and communicate successes, issues, or barriers impacting performance
• Ensure workstation is stocked with supplies necessary to perform tasks for the entire shift
• Ensure equipment is clean, maintained, and runs at optimal levels; report any equipment issues to Supervisor
• Responsible for accurate receipt, verification, separating, scanning and allocation of inbound customer deposits, ATM Residual Cash, banking center, and various other types of deposits
• Verification and control of total deposit bags received to assignment manifest
• Inspect deposit bags for evidence of tampering and immediately notify supervisor of any issues
• Responsible for accurate transfer of deposits and orders to appropriate processing areas
• Responsible for accurate distribution of Cash/Coin orders to Armored Carriers including scanning, manifesting, and receiving Armored Carrier signed acknowledgement of all orders distributed to carrier
• Meet or exceed all established productivity standards
• Work in an efficient and safe manner
• Identify and share processing improvement opportunities
• Work independently without direct supervision or oversight
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalency Degree Required
• Good Written, Verbal, Mathematic and Reading Comprehension Skills Required
• Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment Required
• 1+ Years active experience in a production or operations environment Highly Recommended
• 10 key speed and accuracy Required
