Shipping Receiving

Responsibilities

• Organize, process, and coordinate the shipment and receipt of materials and finished goods.
• Pack and process shipments for export to other facilities.
• Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against purchase orders.
• Accurately manage orders, stock, and material movements using SAP.
• Follow shipping instructions and documentation requirements precisely.
• Complete daily freight spreadsheets and distribute to appropriate parties.
• Cook up with shipping companies for pickups and generate Bills of Lading (BOL) using platforms such as Kuebix.
• Interpret and execute order instructions based on SAP documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse standards, organization, and safety protocols.
• Operate forklifts, JLG lifts, and portable scanners as needed.
• Perform finished goods inventory and cycle counts.
• Continuously improve work environment focused on safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Physical abilities: Meet the physical demands of the role, including static pull strength of 84 lbs., push 60 lbs., lift 50 lbs.
• Technical skills: Possess basic computer skills to operate production related software and maintain digital records.
• Forklift knowledge (stand-up and sit-down): Operate forklifts, JLG lifts, and portable scanners as needed.
