Responsibilities
- Organize, process, and coordinate the shipment and receipt of materials and finished goods.
- Pack and process shipments for export to other facilities.
- Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against purchase orders.
- Accurately manage orders, stock, and material movements using SAP.
- Follow shipping instructions and documentation requirements precisely.
- Complete daily freight spreadsheets and distribute to appropriate parties.
- Cook up with shipping companies for pickups and generate Bills of Lading (BOL) using platforms such as Kuebix.
- Interpret and execute order instructions based on SAP documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse standards, organization, and safety protocols.
- Operate forklifts, JLG lifts, and portable scanners as needed.
- Perform finished goods inventory and cycle counts.
- Continuously improve work environment focused on safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Safety compliance: Demonstrate a commitment to safety by adhering to OSHA standards. Maintains focus in potentially hazardous environments.
- Physical abilities: Meet the physical demands of the role, including static pull strength of 84 lbs., push 60 lbs., lift 50 lbs.
- Technical skills: Possess basic computer skills to operate production related software and maintain digital records.
- Forklift knowledge (stand-up and sit-down): Operate forklifts, JLG lifts, and portable scanners as needed.
