About the role
Vaco Atlanta is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support daily logistics operations at a client's fast-paced manufacturing team. This role requires accuracy and organization to impact the team.
Responsibilities
- Process shipping and receiving paperwork, invoices, packing slips, and bills of lading
- Enter shipment and receiving data into ERP and shipping systems
- Verify shipment accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Cook with internal teams on shipment status and inventory activity
- Maintain organized, accurate records in a high-volume environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of shipping & receiving, logistics, inventory, or warehouse administrative experience
- Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred
- Strong data entry and computer skills with ERP or shipping software
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and minimal supervision
