About the role
Trimble is seeking a proactive Logistics Support Specialist to champion inventory control, asset tracking, and seamless reverse logistics at our high-volume Dayton Regional Service Center. This role serves as a central operational link between Reverse Logistics and Repair Services, ensuring high-value inventory integrity and multi-platform shipping execution to directly influence customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Cookout outbound shipping logistics by preparing, packing, and scheduling complex packages with premium global carriers.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies, acting as a key troubleshooter to resolve supplier issues.
- Maintain end-to-end stock accuracy for RMA, refurbished, and service parts inventory through continuous audits and cycle counts.
- Drive data integrity by updating critical product details, material codes, and milestone tracking within our internal CRM platforms.
- Operate material handling equipment safely while organizing warehouse stock, picking parts, and collaborating to improve facility workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience handling shipping, receiving, or inventory management within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Practical familiarity with core inventory tools and major transport carrier platforms.
- Strong foundation in material handling, cycle counting, and inspecting essential transit documentation like BOLs and POs.
- High organizational agility with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt smoothly to shifting logistical demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with enterprise business platforms such as Salesforce or Oracle ERP systems.
- Active material handling certifications or experience with automated scanning and label printing hardware.
Skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
This role is offered on an hourly basis with a pay rate range of $17.55–$23.27 per hour. The exact pay rate will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
Schedule
The role is based in Dayton, OH and requires no travel.
