Responsibilities
- Supervise daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer shipments, supplier receipts, and ERP transactions.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, material traceability, and inventory control processes.
- Cook up domestic and international shipments while ensuring compliance with shipping and import/export requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members while promoting a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- Persistently partner with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Customer Service to support operational and customer fulfillment goals.
- Drive continuous improvements in warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and operational performance.
Requirements
- Achieve an associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent experience considered.
- Bring at least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or logistics.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience is preferred.
- Show proficiency with ERP systems, especially Epicor.
- Show experience with domestic and international shipping, import/export documentation, and preferred freight carriers.
- Show strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, material flow, and ERP transactions.
- Show excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Show proficiency with Office 365 and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, connected devices, or other high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Show working knowledge of import/export regulations, customs documentation, Incoterms, HTS classifications, or international logistics is a plus.
- Show hands-on experience driving warehouse process improvements using Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Show a leadership style that emphasizes accountability, coaching, and developing high-performing teams is a plus.
- Show a passion for building efficient processes while maintaining exceptional service and inventory accuracy is a plus.

Pay
Salary Range: Annual Base Salary between $75,000 – $95,000 based on experience, expertise, education, and other business-related factors.
