Role Responsibilities

  • Have proficient computer skills using programs like excel, word, Microsoft Edge/Teams and ERP systems.
  • Proficient in organization when it comes to inventory, work area, documentation, etc.
  • Performing transactions from receiving, stocking, bin transfers, cycle counts, etc. via computer and/or scan gun.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and/or manual logs.
  • Manage inventory by organizing stock in the warehouse, maintaining accurate records and organizing for easy retrieval and efficient warehouse operations.
  • Work with our QC department to ensure all photos of goods are taken and accounted for before taking them.
  • Coincide with vendors, carriers and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including proper storage and handling of goods.
  • Receive everything in a timely manner to ensure 100% OTIF on our deliveries weekly.
  • Administrate support tasks and process documentation related to shipping, receiving, and inventory.
  • Set up and maintain organized project filing systems, including archiving records for future reference.
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with internal teams and external customers.
  • Check incoming deliveries to ensure documents and the information on those documents are correct along with: items + their part numbers, quantities and confirming the PO’s match those of which projects are here at MC2.
  • Label all materials that are being received and organize them correctly into our inventory.
  • Cycle Counts to ensure extreme accuracy of inventory.
  • Report any and all discrepancies.
  • Pull parts/orders for the production floor in a timely manner to ensure maximum productivity for the production floor.
  • Some forklift experience would be of great benefit but isn’t necessarily required.
  • Track inventory levels.
  • Aid in outbound shipments (palletizing materials, gathering parts and coordinating with other departments to ensure accuracy and timely shipments).
  • Aid in yard organization and material identification efforts.
  • Aid in up keeping an clean and organized receiving area following our 5S standards and submit weekly 5S audits and resolve any issues.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to any given situation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    • A high school diploma or equivalent; technical education or certification is a plus.
    • 2–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
    • Proficiency with inventory management systems and shipping software.
    • Ability to use tablets or handheld devices for tracking and documentation.
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
    • Ability to read and interpret bills of lading (BOL), packing slips, and shipping documentation.
    • Skilled in coordinating shipments, scheduling deliveries, and managing incoming orders.
    • Strong communication skills for working with vendors, trucking companies, and internal teams.
    • Able to coordinate with shop and field superintendents on delivery schedules.
    • Capable of maintaining a clean and organized yard or warehouse.
    • Strong attention to detail in tracking inventory and consumables.
    • Able to exercise judgment and initiative in resolving logistical issues.
    • Experience in planning subcontractor services for crane or material handling needs.
