About the role
The Shipping Management Program (SMP) is a 24-month, full-time, paid rotational program designed for recent graduates who want to build a long-term career in logistics and global trade. This is not a classroom program; you will learn and do real, impactful work as you progress through the program. Outside of your rotational job duties, you will also have the opportunity to be a part of team projects, attend company-sponsored field trips, and continue growing in global trade.
Program Details
- Duraton: 24 months (3 rotations)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30AM-5PM local time
- Work Environment: Fully onsite
- Locations: South Jordan, UT | Charleston, SC | Vancouver, BC
- You will remain in the location in which you are hired.
How the Program Works
- Customer Service: Work directly with customers managing shipments, answer questions, resolve issues, and coordinate solutions. Learn how service impacts customer relationships.
- Operations: Coordinate the movement of cargo across global routes, gain insight into vessel schedules, ports, and logistics networks, understand how the supply chain functions behind the scenes.
- Sales & Marketing: Support customer accounts and business development, understand pricing, contracts, and market dynamics.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (business-related fields preferred).
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Outlook (Power BI is a plus).
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work onsite full-time.
