About Us

Custom Print Graphics (CPG) is a large-volume contract screen printing and embroidery shop serving some of the nation's most recognized brands. We're growing fast, scaling our systems to meet high demand, and delivering consistent, high-quality decorated apparel — on time, every time.

The Role

We're hiring a Shipping & Receiving Manager to own all inbound and outbound logistics in our high-volume production facility. You'll make sure materials arrive, get checked in, and reach the right production teams on schedule — and that every finished order ships accurately and on time.

What You'll Do

  • Inbound
    • Receive and check in all incoming goods against purchase orders; flag shortages, damages, and discrepancies immediately
    • Organize and stage materials so screen printing, embroidery, and heat press teams have what they need, when they need it
    • Build and maintain tracking systems for materials from arrival through production handoff
  • Outbound
    • Oversee packing, labeling, and shipping of all completed orders — accuracy and presentation matter
    • Cook with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight) on pickups, issue resolution, and cost management
    • Ensure every shipment meets customer expectations and ships on schedule
  • Systems & Process
    • Develop and refine SOPs for receiving, inventory management, staging, and fulfillment
    • Cook with production managers to align logistics with daily and weekly production schedules
    • Maintain clean, organized warehouse and storage areas that support efficient workflow
    • Track performance and identify bottlenecks before they become problems
  • People
    • Train and supervise shipping/receiving staff on procedures and best practices
    • Communicate clearly across departments — production, sales, and leadership all rely on logistics running smoothly

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years in shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics management (decorated apparel or printing industry experience is a strong plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail - you catch what others miss
  • Experience creating or improving SOPs and operational workflows
  • Familiarity with shop management or order tracking systems - Shipstation experience highly valued
  • Clear communicator who can coordinate across production, sales, and leadership teams
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where priorities shift daily
  • Physically able to lift and move boxes of apparel and supplies as needed

Benefits

  • 401(k)
  • Competitive salary
  • Paid time off
