Shipping Clerk

Position Overview Assist in verifying and documenting outgoing shipments to support community feeding initiatives. Utilize strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills to ensure efficient shipping processes. Responsibilities Prepare shipping documents such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders.Record shipping data including weight, charges, space availability, and damages for reporting and accounting.Communicate with establishment representatives to resolve issues like damages or non-conformance.Occasionally lift cases of varying weight and size safely. Qualifications & Skills At least six months of warehouse experience; electric pallet jack experience preferred.Strong planning, execution, and teamwork skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Willingness to follow safety policies and procedures.
