Shipping Clerk
Position Overview
Fresh. Forward. Flowers. Flowers Foods, Inc., a leading producer of packaged bakery goods, offers a full-time opportunity to bring home the dough as a Shipping Clerk.
About the Role
Retailers and distributors rely on us to fill orders, count, load, and unload products on incoming and outgoing trailers according to the shipping schedule. This role requires a strong focus on accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Ensures that product received from production or other plants is recorded correctly.
- Loads and unloads to appropriate distribution areas to meet shipping schedules.
- Maintains cleanliness of the work area.
- Performs other duties as directed by supervisor.
- Promotes and complies with all Company policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as deemed necessary by management.
Qualifications
- One year shipping or related experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to read, comprehend, and record information relevant to the job.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $21.71 per hour.
