As a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator at Bev-Hub, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of products from our state-of-the-art facility to our customers across the country. Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments of raw materials and finished goods
• Verify inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies
• Prepare and coordinate outbound shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to resolve any logistics or shipping issues
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receiving activities
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient and safe handling of products
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce errors
• Monitor and report on shipping and receiving metrics, such as on-time delivery rates and inventory turnover
