What You'll Do

As our Shipping & Receiving Coordinator, you'll help ensure materials move efficiently throughout our operation—from receiving incoming products to preparing outbound shipments for customers and field teams.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include

  • Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
  • Preparing, packaging, labeling, and shipping outbound orders
  • Maintaining accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation
  • Supporting inventory accuracy through cycle counts and material tracking
  • Staging materials for production and internal departments
  • Coordinating shipments using UPS, FedEx, LTL, and freight carriers
  • Assisting with internal material transfers and kit preparation
  • Supporting hazardous material shipping in accordance with applicable regulations
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Identifying discrepancies and working with internal teams to resolve issues quickly

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two or more years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or distribution operations
  • Experience working with UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, and shipping documentation
  • Comfortable using computers for data entry and inventory transactions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on safety and quality

Physical Requirements

  • Stand and walk for extended periods
  • Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Perform packaging, labeling, and material handling tasks throughout the day
  • Work safely around warehouse equipment and manufacturing environments
