Key Responsibilities
- Cook up end-to-end logistics activities including shipment scheduling, carrier selection, rate negotiation, and tracking to meet service level agreements
- Manage routing and transportation to balance cost-efficiency and delivery effectiveness
- Collaborate with inventory teams to maintain accurate inventory tracking, forecasting, and replenishment
- Ensure compliance with federal and international shipping regulations, including hazardous material handling
- Utilize ERP system to maintain accurate shipment documentation
- Analyze logistics workflows and recommend process improvements
- Maintain relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehousing partners
- Pack up and prepare for logistics KPIs and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and up to 2 year of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated understanding of domestic and international shipping documentation and processes
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Microsoft AX or similar preferred)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments and with external partners
- Organizational skills with an emphasis on accuracy, follow-through, and documentation
- Ability to work independently while supporting team-based objectives

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform frequent bending, reaching, and material handling tasks
- Comfortable working around forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors, and dock equipment
