SHIFT SUPERVISOR - Residential Youth Treatment

What You Will Do

• Primarily responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations under the supervision of the Program Director.
• Ensure ROP programs are being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements.
• Supervise Unit Managers and other staff as appropriate.

Requirements

• Internal applicants must be a Group Supervisor or higher Direct Care Position with no less than standard performance and at least two years of experience at Rite of Passage.
• Staff in this position must have completed Operations and Treatment Essential Subjects prior to placement in this position.
• Additionally, staff in this position must complete Human Resources Essential Subjects within six months of placement in the position.
• External candidates must have 3-years prior experience working with at-risk youth in a similar position as a Group Supervisor or higher Direct Care position.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Pay and Benefits

Salary - $56,000 per year depending on experience.

Schedule

7:00 am to 8:00 pm or 8:00 am to 9:00 pm with 1 hour break (12 hour Shift).
