About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each shift
• Supervise restaurant employees
• Assist the management team in achieving business goals
• Handle day-to-day operations, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness
• Manage employee schedules and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Train and develop employees to meet company standards

Requirements

• Motivated, service-oriented employees
• A high school education or GED
• A valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
