About the role
The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.Responsibilities
- Assists in managing the restaurant during shifts
- Ensures guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance
- Serves as the primary point of contact for guests and employees
- Supervises restaurant employees
- Manages inventory and food preparation
- Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Motivated, service-oriented employee
- High school education or GED
- Valid driver's license

- Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
