About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Serves as a leader during each shift, guiding and motivating team members.
• Supervises restaurant employees, ensuring they meet their performance goals and adhere to company policies.
• Ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Manages inventory levels and food preparation processes to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Handles customer complaints and escalates issues to management as necessary.
• Supports the Assistant Manager or General Manager in planning and executing special events and promotions.

Requirements

• A high school education or GED.
• A valid driver's license.
