About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing the restaurant during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Supervises restaurant employees, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
• Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures, including food safety and quality standards.
• Works closely with the Assistant Manager or General Manager to address any issues that arise during shifts.

Requirements

• Motivated and service-oriented employee with a high school education or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving the company vehicle if needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
