Requirements

  • Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
  • Monitor performance during the shift and take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
  • Maintain safety, security, and profitability.
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for their shift.
  • Meet targets during your shifts and assist in meeting Department goals.
  • Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Manage crew effectively.
  • Manage food safety internally.
  • Train new employees as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
  • A flexible schedule and the ability to have fun while performing the job.
  • Must be 18 years or older to be considered for management positions.
