About the role

Shift Managers are in control of all aspects of the customer experience during any given time. We are an 18-restaurant franchise organization with approximately 800 employees in our restaurants and home office, a tight-knit family owned and operated business. The company is operated by long-term leaders that began, in many cases, as first-job employees who climbed the company ladder of success, stepping up into greater responsibilities with each new position grown into our company.

Qualifications

• Shift Managers starting over $18 typically have been certified through McDonald's management courses and have some McDonald's experience
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants

Skills

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
• Positive team players with a flexible schedule
• Passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald's environment
