Shift Manager- 17$ - 20$ per hour

Shift Managers are in control of all aspects of the customer experience during any given shift. Starting pay is typically over $18/hour for those certified through McDonald's management courses and with some McDonald's experience. We are an 18-restaurant franchise organization with approximately 800 employees, operating as a tight-knit, family-owned business. Many of our long-term leaders began as first-job employees and grew into greater responsibilities within the company.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule
• Passion for working in a fast-paced McDonald’s environment
