About the role
Shift Managers are in control of all aspects of the customer experience during any given shift. Starting pay is typically over $18/hour for those who have completed McDonald's management courses and have some McDonald's experience.
We are an 18-restaurant franchise organization with approximately 800 employees, operating as a tight-knit, family-owned business. Many of our long-term leaders began as first-job employees and advanced through the company.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive team player with a passion for the role
