Shift Manager $16.50 - $22 per hour

Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers perform various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards, managing safety and security, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and helping their assigned Departments meet their goals. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and assisting in Department goals.

Qualifications

A Shift Manager requires previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player attitude and a flexible schedule are also required. Passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment is important.

Shift Managers must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
