Shift Manager $16.50 - $22 per hour

Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers perform various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards, managing safety and security, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and helping their assigned Departments meet their goals.

Shift Managers may also be responsible for managing inventory, daily maintenance and cleanliness, and crew. They are responsible for food safety, internal communication, managing crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, and scheduling.

Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment, is preferred. Positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment are sought.

Qualifications
