Shift Manager $16.50 - $22 per hour
Requirements
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers perform various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and assisting their assigned Departments in achieving their goals.

Qualifications
A Shift Manager should have previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. They should be positive team players with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment. Applicants must be 18 years or older to be considered for this role.
Skills
Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are crucial. Leadership abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are also important. Knowledge of food safety protocols and inventory management is beneficial.
