Shift Manager $16.50 - $22 per hour
Requirements
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers perform various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards, managing safety and security, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and helping their assigned Departments meet their goals. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and assisting in Departmental goals.

Qualifications
A Shift Manager should have previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player attitude is required, along with a flexible schedule and the ability to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Skills
Leadership skills, communication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential. Knowledge of food safety protocols and inventory management is beneficial.
