Shift Manager. $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate customer service
• Coach, train, and develop crew members
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Monitor labor, service, and operational performance
• Manage cash handling and inventory procedures
• Ensure safety and security standards are followed
• Prepare the restaurant and team for the next shift's success

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends preferred
• Previous restaurant or leadership experience is helpful but not required
