Sheds Director
Summary
Under the direct supervision of the GM, the Sheds Director will oversee all sheds operations, including sales and production. Essential Functions include promoting company vision and Core Values, managing financial performance, ensuring quality of product and product compliance, motivating employees, holding them accountable, implementing EOS tools, hiring and firing, identifying and developing high-potential leaders, ensuring customer satisfaction, anticipating necessary changes in production staffing and equipment, ensuring timely inventory counts, setting product pricing and margins, ordering supplies, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, assisting with HR duties, leading sales and marketing strategies, and supporting executive leadership.

Supervisory Responsibility
This role will manage all of Delta Sheds team. The Operations Manager, Sales staff, and Production staff will report directly to this role.
Work Environment
- Year-round operation in an office environment
- Occasionally in the Production building
- Sitting for long periods at a desk
- Walking distances between office space and production areas
- Bending and working in a quick, yet accurate manner
- Lifting, pulling, and pushing more than 100 pounds
