Shared Services - Advisor

About the role

A Shared Services Advisor provides guidance and support across various shared services functions to optimize operations and resolve employee inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls/making phone calls to provide employees with information and guidance.
• Processing employees' disability claims once the vendor approves them.
• Handling case management for employees who submit cases with complex information and guidance.
• Reviewing and updating separations in Oracle-HCM.
• Collaborating with vendors, contractors, and other advisors processing disability payments.

Requirements

• US Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

• Knowledge of shared services models and operational efficiency practices.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Excellent communication and advisory abilities.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory standards.
