About the role
A Shared Services Advisor provides guidance and support across various shared services functions to optimize operations and resolve employee inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls/making phone calls to provide employees with information and guidance.
- Processing employees' disability claims once the vendor approves them.
- Handling case management for employees who submit cases with complex information and guidance.
- Reviewing and updating separations in Oracle-HCM.
- Collaborating with vendors, contractors, and other advisors processing disability payments.
Requirements
- US Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of shared services models and operational efficiency practices.
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
- Excellent communication and advisory abilities.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory standards.
