Qualifications

• Knowledge of shared services models and operational efficiency practices
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
• Excellent communication and advisory abilities
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory standards

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls/making phone calls - providing employees with information and guidance
• Once the vendor approves employees’ disability claim, this position is the first point of contact for employees
• Case management - answering cases that are submitted by employees with sometimes complex information and guidance
• Reviewing and updating separations in Oracle-HCM
• Working closely with vendor, other contractors, and advisors that are processing disability payments

Schedule

Hybrid in Pensacola, FL. An In Person interview will be required for this role prior to any offer.

Pay

$50K-$55K
