SFCS Sr. Engineer/Engineer (Senior IT Engineer / IT Engineer)

Responsibilities

• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide immediate technical support for factory systems, ensuring rapid response to any system incidents or emergencies.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages, databases, and software development methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT system issues.
• Proficiency in analyzing system requirements and designing solutions.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Design, develop, and maintain SFCS/AP reports using reporting tools such as SQL Reporting Services, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools.
• SFCS/AP new function requirements development and system maintenance for the auxiliary production line to improve production efficiency.
• Perform routine system maintenance and updates to ensure the stability and performance of factory systems.
• Participate in the development of system monitoring tools to proactively detect and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot and debug system issues to ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a software developer.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Engineering / Computer Science (CS/CSIE).
• Primary working location: Texas, United States.
