ServiceNow Solutions Developer – SPM @ 100% REMOTE || W2 Only

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow SPM solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Perform hands-on development, configuration, customization, and integration activities.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop workflows, business rules, scripts, forms, reports, dashboards, and integrations as required.
• Troubleshoot issues, conduct testing, and support production deployments.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Clearly document solutions, technical processes, and implementation details.

Required Qualifications

• Strong professional experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Developer.
• Hands-on development experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Proven experience creating and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow development, configuration, workflows, scripting, and integrations.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to clearly articulate technical skills, project contributions, and experience listed on the resume.
• Able to work effectively during HST time-zone business hours.
• Must be available to work remotely and support project requirements.
