The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing ServiceNow solutions and performing hands-on development within the SPM platform. This position requires a highly skilled professional with excellent communication abilities who can clearly explain their technical experience and demonstrate how it aligns with the information presented on their resume. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow SPM solutions. Translate business requirements into scalable and effective ServiceNow solutions. Perform hands-on development, configuration, customization, and integration activities. Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Develop workflows, business rules, scripts, forms, reports, dashboards, and integrations as required. Troubleshoot issues, conduct testing, and support production deployments. Collaborate with technical and functional teams throughout the development lifecycle. Clearly document solutions, technical processes, and implementation details. Required Qualifications Strong professional experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Developer. Hands-on development experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). Proven experience creating and implementing ServiceNow solutions. Strong understanding of ServiceNow development, configuration, workflows, scripting, and integrations. Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate technical skills, project contributions, and experience listed on the resume. Ability to work effectively during HST time-zone business hours. Must be available to work remotely and support project requirements.
