Responsibilities
- Developing business processes, gathering requirements and developing stories
- Provide process flow and other required system documentation
- Build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and lead them to adoption of the best solution
- Aid in quality management reviews and ensure that all business and design requirements are met
- May assist and sometimes lead test plan development and execution
- Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the “to be” solution
- Develop and implement test plans for users through SDLC
Requirements
- 3 years of experience with ServiceNow development
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
Bonus Points

- ITOM experience

- Bachelor’s degree
Pay
Base pay range for this position in the specified locations is $117,400 - $147,100 USD.
Schedule
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the specified locations.
