Key Responsibilities
- Enhance existing ServiceNow Demand Management and PPM implementations
- Create custom workflows, business rules, and automation solutions
- Create database views and custom reporting capabilities
- Build dashboards and executive reporting solutions
- Develop custom ACLs and security controls
- Support process modernization and workflow optimization initiatives
- Configure enhancements to ServiceNow SPM modules
- Collaborate with PMO, business, and technical teams to improve portfolio processes
- Support issue resolution, testing, deployment, and platform optimization
- Ensure governance, reporting accuracy, and system performance
Required Qualifications
- Strong ServiceNow SPM experience
- Hands-on experience with Demand Management
- Hands-on experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Strong ServiceNow scripting experience
- Experience with reporting and dashboard development
- Experience creating database views
- Experience developing ACLs and security controls
- Strong communication and analytical skills
