ServiceNow Solutions Developer SPM Location: 100% Remote Work Schedule: Must be available during HST business hours Start Date: Immediate / Urgent Need Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders preferred, all valid work authorizations may apply Education- Required a Bachelor degree and equivalent Position Overview We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Developer with strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions while partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow SPM solutions. Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable platform solutions. Perform hands-on development, customization, scripting, workflow creation, and integrations. Configure forms, business rules, dashboards, reports, and automation workflows. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and recommend best practices. Troubleshoot application issues, perform testing, and support deployments. Document technical designs, configurations, and implementation processes. Provide ongoing support and enhancements for ServiceNow SPM initiatives. Required Qualifications Strong experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Developer. Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow-based solutions. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development, configuration, scripting, workflows, and integrations. Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to clearly explain technical experience, project contributions, and platform expertise. Availability to work during Hawaii Standard Time (HST) business hours. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow certifications are a plus. Experience working in complex enterprise ServiceNow environments. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
