ServiceNow Solutions Developer – SPM _ Urgent Need _ 100% remote

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow SPM solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable platform solutions.
• Perform hands-on development, customization, scripting, workflow creation, and integrations.
• Configure forms, business rules, dashboards, reports, and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and recommend best practices.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform testing, and support deployments.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and implementation processes.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for ServiceNow SPM initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Developer.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow-based solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development, configuration, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to clearly explain technical experience, project contributions, and platform expertise.
• Availability to work during Hawaii Standard Time (HST) business hours.
