About the role

This position is responsible for managing the company's social media presence and engaging with the community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms.
  • Create and publish content that aligns with the company's marketing goals and audience interests.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics to inform future strategy and content creation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or similar.
  • Knowledge of SEO and how to optimize social media posts for search engines.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for staying current with social media trends and platform updates.

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
