ServiceNow ITSM Analyst (HRSD Functional and Technical Advisor)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HRSD Functional and Technical Advisor to provide strategic guidance and technical expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for HRSD, providing functional and technical guidance.
• Design, implement, and optimize HRSD solutions to enhance business efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
• Ensure best practices in HRSD processes, configurations, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HRSD-related technical and functional issues.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Strong expertise in both functional and technical aspects of HRSD.
• Hands-on experience in HRSD platform configuration, workflows, and integrations.
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend HRSD solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with leading HRSD platforms such as ServiceNow HRSD.
• Understanding of HR policies and compliance requirements.
• Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives.
