ServiceNow HRSD Analyst
Reporting to the Associate Director, HR Technology, you will support HR Operations and Centers of Excellence (COEs) in gathering requirements and solutioning to grow the internal ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. This hybrid role requires three days of onsite work weekly.
Responsibilities
- Work with the global HR community and core ServiceNow team to assess current processes, define HRSD solution requirements, integration concepts, and assist with architecture and implementation plans.
- Provide end-to-end solution consulting for Service Catalog, Case Management, Employee Document Management, Knowledge Management, and Group/Security setup.
- Lead ServiceNow’s Employee Documents Management, including security, categorization, and manual document loads.
- Maintain expertise in ServiceNow Dashboards/Reporting to fulfill HR’s data analysis and reporting needs.
- Manage UX for ServiceNow Employee Center Pro, including campaigns, alerts, and widgets.
- Own HR ancillary system support and vendor management (NICE, DocuSign, Escriba).
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders to deliver on requirements.
- Partner with IT on the overall ServiceNow platform strategy and architecture.
- Gather and document end-user requirements from cross-functional teams; prototype and configure solutions.
- Collaborate with HR Technology and IT testing leads on updates/upgrades, including identifying test scenarios, developing scripts, and executing UAT.
- Stay current on new ServiceNow HRSD releases, communicate process improvements, and ensure HR solution designs align with the broader ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM).
- Create system documentation and partner with HR Communications/Change teams on user training resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of ServiceNow HRSD experience.
- 1-2 years of HRIS experience.
- Broad knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD, workflows, and flow design.
- Experience supporting HR Call Center operations with Case Management (Voice/Chat functionality a plus).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD Dashboards & Reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow upgrades.
- Strong vendor management skills.
- Virtual agent experience is a plus.
