Client Service Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Updates information and uploads documents into an immigration case management system
- Assists attorneys or paralegals with case initiation
- Maintains, updates, and organizes client files, assists in drafting immigrant and non-immigrant visas
- Performs data entry and data integrity
- Updates and maintains reports assigned, monitors immigration expiration dates
- Creates engagement letters as requested
- Manages caseload, processes and distributes essential documents
- Processes incoming and outgoing correspondences
- Manages phone lines, maintains multiple calendars, and time entry
- Makes travel arrangements and processes travel and business expense reports
- Affords assistance with other department activities as needed, and performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

- High attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines, effectively prioritize multiple tasks
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills, takes initiative and uses good judgment, excellent follow-up skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor and presentation
Skills & Competencies
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
- Demonstrates a basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI), including core capabilities, limitations, and importance of data privacy, accuracy, verification, and ethical considerations within a professional services environment
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools) and incorporate them responsibly into day-to-day workflows to enhance daily work tasks as appropriate and/or directed
- Proactive approach to learning and adapting to emerging AI and related technologies and contributes to a culture of innovation
Education & Prior Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-3 years experience supporting multiple people
- Prior immigration experience and/or law firm experience is desired
- Customer service experience
This role is based in our Atlanta office, on an in-office basis. Regular in-office presence is required for day-to-day operations, as well as for team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building.
The position reports to the Client Service Supervisor.
