ServiceNow HRSD Analyst

About the role

This role supports the administration, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD). The analyst will partner with HR stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and technical teams to gather requirements, identify process improvements, and implement solutions that enhance the employee experience and streamline HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze HR requirements to improve processes and user experience
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions
• Support the ongoing maintenance and optimization of ServiceNow HRSD
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance HR operations
• Work closely with product owners and developers to ensure successful implementation of new features and enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD administration, configuration, and optimization
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in ServiceNow and related HRIS tools

Pay

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The role can be either remote or onsite in Memphis, TN. Remote candidates must be able to work from home and have reliable internet access.
