ServiceNow Developer (Secret)

Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and configuration of core ITSM capabilities within a USSOCOM environment
- Configure and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request Management, Service Catalog, and Service Operations Workspace functionality using ServiceNow best practices
- Develop catalog items, record producers, execution plans, workflows, and routing logic
- Configure SLA/OLA management, prioritization models, categorization structures, templates, and assignment rules
- Implement CMDB driven auto assignment and risk based change management processes
- Build dashboards, reports, surveys, and operational metrics
- Configure Knowledge Management processes including article submission workflows, feedback, notifications, and access controls
- Configure Service Operations Workspace including persona based views, UI actions, routing rules, and live agent integrations with Microsoft Teams
- Configure ACLs, User Criteria, UI Policies, forms, plugins, and update sets
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide guidance on ServiceNow best practices and platform administration
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementations
Experience configuring Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management modules
Familiarity with Flow Designer, ACLs, scripting, routing logic, and ServiceNow best practices
Familiarity with CMDB driven workflows and Service Operations Workspace
Active Secret Clearance or higher required
