Overview
We are seeking a career and customer-oriented ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Tampa, FL. A current Top Secret clearance is required to start. The role focuses on building, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow capabilities across ITSM, CSM, and App Engine. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and platform features, creating custom applications, and supporting various ServiceNow modules.
- Support development across ITSM, CSM, App Engine, and related ServiceNow modules
- Create and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and other ServiceNow integration methods
- Support testing, documentation, deployment, and release activities across ServiceNow environments
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and support requirements gathering with government and contractor stakeholders
- Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes in coordination with the broader technical team
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow in an enterprise environment
- Proficiency with JavaScript development within the ServiceNow platform
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CSM
- Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting, automation, integrations, and platform configuration
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
Nice to have
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification
